Join our relaxed and informative Diet Club. Lose weight, as well as inches, by
rethinking your eating habits and changing to a healthier diet  - which will
benefit you as well as your family.

No counting calories - just eating when your hungry, choosing healthy options
and enjoying your food.

The programme consists of
weekly lunch time meetings during which you will
receive:

  • A Weight Loss Club binder full of information about the healthy eating
    plan, how to follow it, what to eat, what to avoid, setting realistic goals and
    how to achieve them.
  • Recipes, tips on snacks, eating out, eating on the run.
  • Information on the right way to exercise.
  • Interactive Q&A sessions, giving valuable support and an exchange of
    ideas and experiences.

All this for only 10 euros per week
